Here’s a look at how we outfitted a 2016 Mercedes-Benz G550 at Alliance Auto Care with a full accessory control system—featuring the Garmin PowerSwitch, scene lighting, and a dedicated auxiliary power port.
This setup is functional, professional, and designed for long-term reliability—no janky wires, no exposed cables, no shortcuts.
We mounted the Garmin PowerSwitch controller right on the dash using a suction mount. It’s discreet, easy to use, and allows you to wirelessly control every accessory installed on the truck.

Manual control option available on the unit itself
We ran all wiring through factory troughs, behind panels, and under the carpet, protecting the install from chafing or vibration damage.
