This 2015 AMG G63 adventure build is ready for the trails with a 2-inch lift, 33-inch tires, upgraded suspension, Baja Designs lights, ARB fridge mount, and all the subtle off-road upgrades you need for fun in the mountains — while remaining a daily driver-friendly truck.
This 2015 G63 comes equipped with a 2-inch lift, 33-inch all-terrain tires, and stock wheels. Perfect for roughly 95% of Colorado trails, it combines subtle styling with adventure-ready functionality. Blacked-out fender flares and a front bullbar give it a professional and sleek appearance while providing mounting points for essential gear like a high-lift jack.
The truck features a Rhino Rack and Baja Designs light bars up front for enhanced visibility on the trail. Our team designed custom mounts to maximize utility and durability, including a high-lift jack placement and side ladder access for roof storage.
We implemented clever custom touches like five-bar diamond plate fenders for camping convenience and scratch protection, stainless steel trays in the rear to replace easily damaged quilted leather, and custom Rotoax mounts for fuel or water cans. Each mod is thoughtfully executed to be durable, functional, and subtle.
This G63 includes a fully integrated onboard air system with front and rear air chucks, allowing for quick air-down or inflation of tires at your convenience. The Switch Pros cockpit interface keeps all electronics controlled cleanly, including lights, air compressors, and accessories — no messy wires or fuses.
Despite being fully outfitted for adventure, this G63 remains extremely comfortable on-road. With King shocks, upgraded steering dampers, and a smooth 33-inch tire setup, it can cruise at highway speeds all day without compromise — a perfect balance of fun and usability.
Inside, the truck features quilted leather seats, integrated ARB Zero fridge mounts, and secure storage for bottles and supplies. Even with all the off-road mods, this G63 is built for extended trips and real-life adventures without sacrificing comfort.
This 463 G63 uses the older 5.5L biturbo V8, delivering over 500 horsepower and massive torque through a seven-speed transmission. Compared to newer 463A models, it features a solid front axle, flat glass, and the classic body style originating in 1990 — timeless and rugged while still lightning-fast.
While the G63 is capable off-road, it’s designed for accessible trails and mountain adventures rather than extreme rock crawling. Unlike the G550, which supports winch bumpers and heavy-duty off-road gear, this build prioritizes a balance between comfort, utility, and trail fun.
